I. structural characteristics.

The electric motor is the driving system of the whole test bench. This test bench can be divided three parts: electric motor platform, oil tank platform, control cabinet. The structure has characteristics of small size, light weight, compact structure, and easy installation, etc.

IV: Installation instruction

1. After the arrival of this hydraulic system, check if everything is is within the requirements. if the test bench meet the designing request, and if there is any damage. Otherwise, contact the manufacturer directly.

• When each part of the hydraulic system is installed, make sure that the cover or wrap of every outside oil port do not fall off before matching hoses for this equipment, to avoid any pollution of this hydraulic system.

• After this hydraulic system is transported to the position for installation, fixed it firmly, to avoid any influence to the performance of this hydraulic system.

• After every part of this hydraulic system is at their

right position, match hoses for the hydraulic system according to the hydraulic operational drawing.

5.When doing the connection work, do not miss or damage any seal,

6. After finishing the installation, please connect the electric components according the wiring diagram.

• Commissioning Instruction
  • After the installation, of this hydraulic system, according to the hydraulic principle diagram, circuit wiring diagram, check if every part of the hydraulic system is properly installed, the pipeline is properly connected, electrical wiring is correct connected, otherwise timely solve.

• Unscrew the air filter cover, add hydraulic oil to the tank to the maximum limit of the liquid level gauge with filtering machine whose filtering accuracy is not below 20 um through the air filter, and then restore the air filter.

• Turn all the adjustment knobs on the control table counterclockwise to Zero.

• Button the electric motor, if it can not start, adjust the circuit again. Pay attention. to the rotation direction.
