The hydraulic system of this test bench adopts a closed oil tank structure, which allows it to work in a dusty environment. However, attention should be paid to regularly cleaning the dust on the hydraulic equipment during use to ensure that the hydraulic system has good heat dissipation and oil cleanliness.
Structural characteristics
This device uses an electric motor as the driving system for the entire test bench, and is equipped with two oil pump motor units as auxiliary fuel supply systems for the test bench. The test bench is divided into four parts: fuel tank valve group power pump station unit; Pump testing unit; Motor testing unit; Control unit. The installation structure has the advantages of light weight, compact structure, and easy installation.
It adopts an integrated oil circuit block design, the system has the characteristics of low leakage, compact structure, easy disassembly and assembly.
The output oil circuit is arranged neatly and clearly, making it easy to operate and install.

Main tests: single and double hydraulic pumps; Open and closed hydraulic pumps; Axial high-speed hydraulic motor, etc.

Loading method:
1) Pump loading: Proportional relief valve dual remote loading pressure maximum 35Mpa
2) Motor loading: The loading motor (used as a pump operating condition at this time) loads the tested motor (measuring torque, speed, etc. at the torsion shaft).
Oil supply method: Low pressure oil pump oil supply: 350 L/min 0-3MPa and self-priming oil supply are both available;
Pilot auxiliary oil: 15L/min 0-4Mpa
Display mode:
The instrument and computer can simultaneously display:
1. Digital display of flow rate, temperature, speed, and torque;
2. The pressure is displayed by a mechanical pressure gauge (the computer reads the pressure sensor signal);
The liquid level is directly displayed by the level gauge;
3. Filter blockage triggered by red light alarm;
4. All data displayed on computer LCD, including data tables and curve graphs.
Oil purification: Filter the incoming and outgoing oil from the fuel tank.
An additional oil filter is provided to recover the oil in the oil tank on the recycling platform.

Four sets of multi-purpose flanges and related joints are connected by the pump, and one semi-finished connecting shaft is used for processing the connecting shaft sleeve.
Items Tested
Displacement inspection test: No load pressure, measure displacement.
Volumetric efficiency test: Measure the volumetric efficiency under rated operating conditions.
Overload test: The maximum displacement, nominal speed, and rated pressure of the hydraulic pump should be operated for less than 1 minute at 110% or maximum pressure (depending on the power of the tested component).
External leakage: In the above test, check the leakage situation of the sealing part.
Test accuracy: (1) Pressure: accuracy ± 0.1%, measurement range 0-35Mpa
(2) Flow rate: accuracy ± 0.5%, measurement range 5-400L/min
(3) Speed: accuracy ± 0.5%, measurement range 0-2200r/min
(4) Temperature: accuracy ± 1 ℃, measurement range -20-100 ℃
Testing method
Hydraulic pump test: The main driving motor drives the tested pump filter to extract medium from the hydraulic oil tank to complete the working action. The pressure load is increased or decreased through the proportional relief valve at the working oil port of the tested pump. (Closed circuit pump requires auxiliary oil supply pump to be turned on)
Axial high-speed hydraulic motor test: Conduct pump condition test with the same pump (auxiliary oil supply pump must be turned on)
High speed hydraulic motor with balance valve function: The tested motor is subjected to shaft end loading test by the loading motor (used as a pump operating condition at this time).

The maximum flow rate of the system is ≤ 550L/min * two channels
The maximum flow rate of the low-pressure auxiliary system is ≤ 350L/min, and the maximum pressure of the
low-pressure auxiliary system is 0.6-3Mpa.
