Hydraulic Pump Test Bench
I. Functional Requirements:
Capable of primarily testing hydraulic pumps (open pumps, closed pumps, double open pumps), and high-speed motors. Moreover, low-speed hydraulic motors can be tested in a straightforward manner.
The computer on the test bench acquires and records the test data of the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor, and subsequently creates display curves and prints test reports.
II.
Test Items:
1. Displacement Test: Incorporating no-load pressure test and displacement test.
2. Test of Volume Efficiency: Measuring the volume efficiency under rated operating circumstances.
3. Overload Test: Encompassing the maximum displacement of the hydraulic pump or motor (at high speed), nominal speed, and operation for 1 minute or less under rated pressure or the maximum pressure.
4. External Leakage Test: During the aforesaid test, inspect the leakage of the sealing components.
5. Assisting Test of Hydraulic Valves, Hydraulic Cylinders, etc.
III. Function and Parameters of the Test Bench
1. Driving Mode: Driven by electric motor, 160kW + 5.5kW + 5.5kW + 0.75kW + 0.75kW + 0.75kW
2. Speed Adjusting Mode: Regulated by frequency converter, 100 - 3000r/min.
3. Loading Mode: Three-way loading, via manual relief valve, 38Mpa + 38Mpa + 31.5MPa. Triple pumps can be tested.
4. Oil Supply from Test Bench to the Tested Pump: Both self-priming and forced methods are available.
5. What Can Be Tested? The test bench mainly examines open hydraulic pumps, tandem open pumps, closed pumps, and high-speed hydraulic motors. Additionally, it conducts auxiliary tests on hydraulic valves and hydraulic cylinders, etc.
6. The test bench has the ability to test both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation pumps.
7. The test bench can generate and print test reports.
8. The test bench is furnished with filter equipment for the recovery of leakage oil.
9. Oil Tank Volume: 1200L
10. Oil in and oil out are filtered with an alarm function.
11. Cooling Method: Air cooling radiator
12. Maximum Flow of System: ≤ 380L/min + 380L/min + 150L/min
13. Maximum Flow of Low-Pressure Assisting System: ≤ 70L/min. Pressure of Low-Pressure Assisting System: 3Mpa
14. Maximum Flow of High-Pressure Assisting System: ≤ 15L/min. Pressure of High-Pressure Assisting System: 31.5 Mpa
15. Guiding System: 2 pumps and 4 ways
